Mission: OUR MISSION: To improve the quality of life of the people in the communities we serve through health care and education
OUR VISION: Kettering Health Network will be recognized as the leader in transforming the healthcare experience.
I have been working at Kettering Health Network full-time (More than 3 years)
caring supervisors and managers for the most part.
great facility to work in.
good patient population usually.
safe area to work in.
flexible hours and i can usually rearrange my schedule as needed if i know in advance.
best part of working for a bigger corporation rather than a small private practice is that I dont have to handle any of the insurance or billing, we have clerical staff that deals with that headache.
- pay is inflexible, set structure for amount you can start at depending on your degree. however you can increase it some with Clinical activities and such.
- as an outpatient therapist i have to rotate to cover weekend hospital shifts every month of so. (some people dont mind this)
I applied online. I interviewed at Kettering Health Network (Kettering, OH) in May 2017.
Applied for scheduler position at the cancer center. Met with the manager, Laura, who was very nice and relaxing to interview with. We talked about work and non-work related things. She took me on a short tour of their new facilities. I was told that I would hear back but did not hear anything for almost 2 weeks. At that point I was told it was between me and one other candidate and that she would make her decision and contact HR to begin the process but I would hear back from her either way. A week later, I still have not heard from her or HR so I'm assuming I did not get the position.
Kettering Health Network is hosting a hiring event for various entry level positions on Thursday, August 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Dayton Job Center, 1111 Edwin C. Moses Blvd., in Dayton.
