Pros
Larry is a great CEO, other than his choices for the new leadership taking over. They allow us to work from home 100% of the time.
Cons
The new senior management/future guys who will be running the company are micromanagers, not personable and rude. They listen and watch everything you do (not just customer service) and only care about themselves. People are leaving left and right. This is not the same company it was 5 years ago. There is always change within organizations but these are not good ones and they are losing good, loyal employees because of it. Not much room for growth. Very few people move up, unless you are related or close friends with the owner.
