    Enjoyed the people I worked with. The atmosphere is stressful especially when the business takes a turn due to the market.


    Very quick to issue pay cuts and benefit cuts when the market drops. The pay isn't very high. Hard to get a raise.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the employees/managers in the field. Most of they time they are more in the know with what is going on then they are given credit for.

    I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Key Energy Services in October 2014.


    Applied online on the website in the career section, A week later received a call from HR. Set up interview.The location was easy to find.The interviewer was nice,polite and genuine.The interview was basic behavioral questions.
