I worked at KeyImpact Sales & Systems full-time (Less than a year)
Great insight into food industry as well as salaried sales position giving you time to get into the swing of things.
Mobility within the company is limited and the industry itself is changing. The biggest issue was building the relationships you need to succeed. It is a long sell.
Advice to Management
Training is key to get people on the ground running making you money. Invest the time standardizing a training program.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at KeyImpact Sales & Systems (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2011.
2 interviews, pretty standard, no trick questions. very candid question and answer interview.
discussed my knowledge of lines being represented.
Met others from exec team and received an offer pretty quickly.
Not much more to say, interview was pretty easy and standard
