I have been working at Keystone Digital Imaging full-time (Less than a year)
Absolutely a great place to work as someone with no experience. They will pull you up, and let you work towards whatever career goal you have.
I haven't really work here long enough to put together a bad opinion of the company. I would say the wages aren't good, but I am simply in an entry level position, so there isn't much room for salary. For my experience it's good pay.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keystone Digital Imaging (Aston, PA) in July 2015.
The interview was pretty basic. You come in and meet with the Training Manager, Chris and the manager of whatever department you have applied for. Chris is a really nice guy and he's extremely relatable. He will ask you basic questions. I can't comment on the direct manager, because it truly will depend on the department. If you do well, it will be followed up with the VP of service for positions in the service department (Tech, Trainer or Dispatch). He will of course try to intimidate you, but he's harmless. Just be yourself and he's a nice guy. All questions will be really normal interview questions.
