Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

  1. Associate Customer Success Manager Interview

    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Keywee (United States) in Dec 2021

I received an email from the hiring manager for a screening, scheduled and when we met, the screen was 8 minutes long. Yes, EIGHT minutes long, when it was initially scheduled for 30. I was extremely disappointed.

The screen itself was quite rushed and the hiring manager was rude. He asked my background, then told me about the position, interview process and then asked if I had any questions. There were no formal interview screening questions. The angle in which he held his computer was also quite strange, so I don't doubt that he had his feet kicked up on the table and his laptop in his lap.

I was offered to complete the assessment next. I declined as I got bad vibes from this company.

    Tell me about your yourself.
