“My transition to Kforce was fantastic! My leaders understand and appreciate the circumstances surrounding a veteran’s transition from military to civilian life. There can be struggles and hardships, but having a military foundation also brings many new ideas and concepts to the office, and I am fortunate enough to have leaders that appreciate and foster the skills that I bring to the environment.” -Andrea Hamilton, Account Manager/ Talent Representative

It was pleasure working with Kforce. Some benefits provided to contractors as well. They also have great clients. Professional work environment.
No issues during that year as such. Took long time to get results from my interview with client. That was a hassle.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Southfield, MI).
Initial interview consisted of a phone screening with a recruiter that went very well. I was very unsure about making a career move at the time but the recruiter made me feel at ease and said I didn’t need to rush into making a decision. From there she set up an in office interview, which I was told would simply be a shadow, at the office in Southfield, MI. After I realized I wasn’t simply invited into the office to shadow the dynamics and I was instead being drilled with interview questions I was very uncomfortable. After my “shadow” the recruiter called the person who referred me to the company and gossiped about what I wore, the fact that I had a water bottle in my tote and said I “wasn’t interested” despite the fact that I took notes with the 3 recruiters I sat with that day. I sent thank you emails to all recruiters and heard back from 1. Typical, catty, cliquey recruiting company. If only this industry’s attitude would change.
