I have been working at Kforce full-time (More than 10 years)
Great corporate culture, incentive trips, competitive pay, a lot of flexibility for a working parent (to work remotely, manage hours to manage family, etc)
Sometimes being a public company as hard as everything is very metrics driven, but this is the nature of the beast. Still wouldn't change working here.
Advice to Management
Please expand the trips to include a higher population like was done in years past. Think about increasing commission percentages for those who have been here for a certain tenure or past a certain GP - activities that show value for tenured team members!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Saint Louis, MO) in June 2012.
Had a face interview right away with K-force people and asked about what kind of job I was looking for and the opportunities were available. I then was granted an interview with one of their clients.
