InterviewI was doing phone tag with a female Caucasian recruiter that I thought she was from Arizona but figured out that she is currently working in South Carolina by her phone. I was doing phone tag couple times and the Caucasian recruiter texted me and asked me when I can talk. I responded with a morning and afternoon time. I was not prepared since I was not sure when I was not going to get a response back from her and did receive a call and talked to the Caucasian recruiter. She was not sure which recruiter position that I should apply so I had to complete an assessment and with a miss communication with the assessment email. I finally did complete the assessment. The cuacinse recruiter had an issue at work or at home to be rude to a potential employee by email. The Caucasian recruiter of course disappears after I sent her an email for a follow for an interview with no response. I read an article in yahoo finance and it said that if a company does not get back to you with any answer, then that is not a good company to work for.
