I worked at Kid's College part-time (Less than a year)
Good staff development and helpful member of the team to teach highly interesting enrichment classes.
Parents can not always afford the classes so the classes get cancelled.
Advice to Management
Continue doing a great job
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Kid's College (Houston, TX) in January 2012.
I submitted a video where I talked about myself and why I wanted to teach in Korea. Then was called on the phone by the head teacher for the English department.
The head teacher explained what needed to be done after the contract was sent. I had to get my FBI background check. I had to have documents sent to the Korean Consulate. My passport and photos needed to be submitted for my visa.
