I have been working at Kiip full-time

    Pros

Horizontal structure, great environment for adding to your skillset, a great product that's easy to sell. Benefits are amazing, the culture is welcoming, and there is a sincere concern for work/life balance. Management makes sure that you are well-equipped to succeed.

    Cons

    Can't say I have any.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kiip (San Francisco, CA) in July 2017.

    Interview

The interview process includes a phone screen with a recruiter, a coding challenge, a technical phone screen and then you're brought on site. The on-site is 7 rounds, 6 of those are technical They have pairs of their developers interview you for each round, an overkill and nerve-racking I think.

    Interview Questions

    • Basic computer science fundamentals, algorithms & data structures and some design.   Answer Question
