I worked at Kimberly-Clark full-time
Its an amazing company, was ranked top 50 employers in America in 2017, #1 CPG company. The work environment is great. You do get a free car and gas when working in Sales. As a CDA you work with the current employees in the roles which you can move into in the next year. This gets you great experience in these areas and can help you decide what role you want to go into next.
With the opportunity to work with the many roles comes the con of not having exact job responsibilities. This means there are times where you may not have work to do. You do also move into a new role after a year or two. Meaning, if you move to a city for your time as a CDA, youre likely going to have to move on and start all over in a new city after only a year or so. This depends on what city you start in and how many positions are open where.
Advice to Management
The program needs much more structure.
Not very difficult. Behavior questions and job skills questions based on your previous working experience. The managers look very patient and nice. Overall, it is a good experience. It was a two - day interview process. First day I met with my direct manager. The second day I met with 3 managers.
