Interview
This was the second time interviewing for a position at Kindred Bravely I’m more than qualified for, but will not be applying again. This is the only company who not only can’t take the time to properly interview candidates separately but who also does not ask for candidates availability and instead only gives you a few options of available times to choose from. I genuinely use and love their product and was excited for the roles I applied for but they need to reevaluate their interview process. I do not feel they can get an accurate first impression of a future employee based off an awkward group interview. Major red flag they put you on the spot and ask if there were two spots open, who else would you want to work with from this interview. It felt very high school and like a toxic company culture to be part of.InterviewWhat is a quality a past colleague or manager had that you think is a great quality to have and why.
