I have been working at Kinetic Interactive Marketing full-time
After graduating college I didn't really know where to begin. I majored in Marketing and Advertising. The only issue was most companies I applied to said that I didn't have enough work experience. I know i needed an entry level position, a place to get my foot in the door. Kinetic Interactive Marketing gave me the opportunity I was looking for. I enjoy interacting with people every day and Kinetic gives me the chance to build relationships with customers and build brand awareness for
our clients. I am able to apply what I learned in my marketing and Advertising courses in college to kinetic Interactive Marketing. I am also able to work in a team oriented position growing up playing sports my entire life I am able to fill feel like part of a team.
I was able to learn all the basics of the entry level marketing associate and grow more and more each day. I am very happy with where I am at with the company and wouldn't change it for the world.
This job might not be a perfect match for everyone but most highly educated individuals should a shot.
definetly give it a shot. Canidates should jump on any opportunity that gets handed to them.
I don't have any cons at this time with Kinetic Interactive Marketing
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kinetic Interactive Marketing (Schaumburg, IL) in February 2013.
The hiring managers have a three round interview process to find "qualified candidates", starting with a preliminary phone interview, followed by a face to face interview, and lastly a final 10 minute interview that leads to a job offer.
But, something that seemed a bit fishy was the fact that the office didn't seem like a Marketing firm and while looking through their forms, it states "No experience necessary."
They set the bar very low, but, it's for a reason. The hiring manager didn't want to share details about pay (pay is lower than minimum wage) or about benefits (there are none).
Here is an overview of the type of questions they asked:
Are you okay working some evenings and weekends to advance your growth within the company?
Do you have reliable transportation to our office on a daily basis?
How many years of marketing or retail/sales experience do you have? If none, it is completely ok.
Please describe yourself in 3 words?
What is your estimated start date for a position?
Reasons for Declining
The pay was below minimum wage with no benefits. The commission structure had minimal chance for extra significant income. This job was just a scam.
