I have been working at Kinetix Technology Services full-time
I will start off by saying that if you want to work at a company where you have lots of free time, do the same easy tasks everyday, or like to hide in a corner and not interact with your coworkers, then Kinetix won't be for you. Kinetix will require hard work and challenge you everyday.
Not only that, but believe me when I say this, they will actually care for you as a person. This can easily be seen through management addressing concerns that people have. If you have something you don't like or think can be improved, speak up and it will be heard. No matter what position you are in, your input will be valued.
Without a doubt, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Aside from that, you will be working with amazing people who only up the bar and make you want to perform better.
Workload can be immense for prolonged periods which can result in people burning out. As a result of the high workload, compensation feels on the low end and there is a feeling of being undervalued.
Advice to Management
Instead of a yearly review of compensation for a single lump raise, consider distributed biannual raises considering how fast-paced things change, the high workload, and people ending up with more responsibilities while becoming more efficient. I guarantee this will increase morale, motivation, and decrease turnover rate of A players.
