-Awesome management team that truly cares about employees. Management is not afraid to stand up for techs and will turn away abusive clients (money) in return for increased happiness. Who does that?!
- Kinetix takes an impossible and notoriously difficult industry, IT managed services, and is striving to make it fun, engaging and with a focus on learning and personal development. Not an easy task and I havent seen this done by anyone else in the industry.
-Upfront feedback system. If you are making mistakes Kinetix will work with you to find a solution. From what I understand, making multiple, repeat mistakes can send underperformers down an objective and documented exit process.
I cant count the number of improvements I have made in my life since I have started working here. I am night and day a better person and have jumpstarted my IT career.
-This truly is an environment for productive, focused and elite IT professionals. Those that are unable to manage their priorities and communicate go down in flames. The only drawback is that there will always be a handful of employees that make it through the recruiting process and fit into the later bucket.
