    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at King Engineering (Tampa, FL).

    Interview

I applied online and had a phone screening. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview with three project managers who asked me behavioral questions and a few technical questions. Pretty much what I expected for an entry level position.
I received an offer in the mail and negotiated it over the phone. The person I negotiated with was rude but we worked out a deal. The entire process lasted about two months.
