Advice to Management
Share company yearly goals with all employees, face employee turnover as informative and not secretive, clarify upper management personnel to all employees so there is a sense of established chain of command and company structure.

I applied online and had a phone screening. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview with three project managers who asked me behavioral questions and a few technical questions. Pretty much what I expected for an entry level position.
