I have been working at King TeleServices full-time (Less than a year)
Flexible hrs, minimum supervision, helping NYC residents with daily challenges.
Some REALLY gossipy & extremely unprofessional Management/ Supervisors. various cliques to be aware of at all times.
Advice to Management
More professionalism. Employees should not be made to feel " i HATE to ask them a question, because they are so rude." LISTEN. Thankfully there a some exceptions, but not many.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at King TeleServices (Brooklyn, NY) in February 2015.
I was hired through an agency. The agency told us that we'd be doing clerical work (Lie #1), and that we'd be handling inbound calls (Lie #2). We heard a bunch of blathering about the company, then we were given a test (which, by the way, doesn't prepare you to work for them at ALL).
No, we were given an hourly wage, based on what the agency offered.
