Nice customers, great location, good coworkers, it is located close to the harbor and prominent businesses so business is generally good all year
Waiting on mean people, serving food is hard, tip out is average but there is a lot to tip out as there is a lot of help
Advice to Management
The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at King's Seafood (San Diego, CA) in June 2017.
Three separate interviews. Good and beverage director-assistant manager-general manager. They had me wait for quite some time. I came back the second day and was lauded for being an exceptional candidate. Offered a job but told that I must wait twenty days to begin.
