I have been working at Kings Dining & Entertainment full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This is a group of leaders that care so much about their teams who care about the business. I’ve never worked in an environment where my opinion matters as much as it does and I’m encouraged to get involved in helping to build the brand.

The hours go by fast because it never seems like work. I feel in control of my routine and am encouraged to step out of my comfort zone into new, exciting arenas.

I’ve worked for other companies before where leadership means following the manual and never changing habits. Here, they tell you that habits are to be mastered and then changed in order to grow.

My voice matters. I have direct access to the heads of every department and never feel like I can’t reach out to them if I have ideas or need advice. There are zero politics.

This is more like a family and not a job.

    Cons

My only con is not starting work here sooner. Cliche, I know, but this is where I belong and I suppose having worked for the other aide for a while helps me appreciate what Kings believes in and is building that much more.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for doing what you do. I know it’s not easy given the rest of the world pushing one way, but keep pushing back. I’m behind you.
