I worked at Kings Island part-time (Less than a year)
Can usually work as many or as few hours as you want
Opportunity to advance if you work hard and care about the guests
Almost always hiring
No accommodations for family emergencies. A co-worker found out his son was deploying that weekend and management wouldn't let him take time off to go see him.
Supervisors are obsessed with enforcing small regulations, to the ire of guests and employees.
Guests are often difficult.
Advice to Management
Try to see things from the guest's point of view. They're usually frustrated because of some mistake the park made.

Applied online and got a phone call a couple weeks later. Went in for several questions and it was a group interview with two other applicants and drug test and was hired that day.
