    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kingston (Fort Wayne, IN) in May 2012.

    Interview

    Application, Reviewed Resume, offered a Phone interview, brought into facility for face to face interview, Interviewed with director 1st, 2nd interview with Department Lead, completed a Job Shadow where I was given an opportunity to ask questions of someone who actually performs the role I was interested in and they also gave me a tour or the building and answered my questions, was required to complete pre-hire physical drug screen, and then have a 2 day Orientation about company prior to training in role, etc.
