I worked at Kirby McInerney full-time (More than a year)
Paralegals get really substantial research assignments, and if you're good enough, the chance to actually write portions of briefs. Working as a paralegal at KM for a couple years before law school provides great insight into legal career paths outside of big law or government.
Big cases are understaffed so the work piles up at times.
Advice to Management

The interview process was fair. A Team of people review my accomplishments.
