    Pros

Everyone I work with is great, they are able to accommodate my hours.

    Cons

Discount is the same as coupons given to customers, when there is a better coupon than our discount we are not allowed to use that. They are open thanksgiving, I'm all for deals on Black Friday but this should be a family time, I thought this was a more family oriented workplace. I wouldn't have taken the job if I knew this prior.

    Advice to Management

More advance notice on schedules, only given a week at a time and usually I will not know if I'm working that Sunday or next week until the Thursday before, no room to make plans with my family.

    Interview

It took about a week. I applied online and then went into the store to introduce myself. There I was asked about my availability and from there I was basically hired.
