Pros
Unlimited PTO was nice. As a contractor they acted as a middle man to protect you from the company you were contracted to. Generous bonus plan if you don't take your unlimited PTO I just decided to take full advantage of it.
Cons
You lose your bonus if you take PTO. Not much interaction with them, mostly interacted with my team at the company I was contracted to.
