I worked at Kline & Company full-time
Kline has some great people to work for there. You can learn a lot if you're starting out there early in your career.
However, if you have an offer from a big, MNC consulting company, I'd recommend taking that over a job with Kline.
Some managers are monsters, in particular, the one that's a board member, but keeps changing areas from cosmetics to current consumer products head.
Advice to Management
Don't keep poor managers/partners around just because they've been there for a long time. It's bad for the company and especially the employees.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Kline & Company (Gurgaon, Haryana (India)) in April 2016.
2-3 rounds of discussions and interviews with Project Managers followed by a case study to gauge the analytical and presentation skils. this was followed by phone interviews with Sr. Management in the other offices. The last interview was with Director - India Operations
