I worked at Kmart part-time (More than a year)
Very nice had a list of what I needed to do every day and sometimes more was added but pretty straight forward easy work every day.
A lot of the employees would slack and not do their work so you would have to pick up on them and the manager would not fire any body even if needed.
Advice to Management
Needed to be more strict and have guts to fire employees and give praise to the ones who do their work and go above and beyond.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kmart.
I got group interviewed with a bunch of high school kids and we all got asked the same question and we would all have to give an answer even if you just said "same thing" they were alright with that. HR more put off an "I want to be your friend" vibe instead of an "I'm your boss vibe."
