Let’s define the term 'Social Engineering'. Social Engineering is the art of manipulating, influencing, or deceiving you in order to gain control over your computer system. The hacker might use the phone, email, snail mail or direct contact to gain illegal access. Phishing, spear-phishing, and CEO Fraud are forms of social engineering.

KnowBe4 uses a 3-step 'new-school' awareness training program:

    Management has a clear vision for expansion & executes it. Great pay & insurance benefits, Bonuses are given to EVERYONE when the sales goals are made. Team games for production goals like Starbucks gift cards, free lunch, free dinner...Free fun & healthy snack, free coffee, tea & hot Chocolate. Free extra food for fresh fruit & veggies weekly. Special treats for holidays & things like " National Cheese Lovers Day". Free massage chairs you can nap in on breaks, free yoga classes, free gym memberships. Massage Therapist come to the office weekly. AMAZING Holiday parties (Universal park rented for an evening for staff & 3 guests!! A FREE carnival set up in downtown Clearwater for staff & family. Huge Beach Party for Staff & family with tons of free food... ) Free movies for staff for every Star Wars & other fun movies. KB4 rents entire theaters for us! Delivery of different breakfast, lunch & healthy juice carts, daily! Free sweatshirts, Yeti cups, hats, bags...(KB4 swag) Open appreciation of a job well done. Help & training is available from the "Growth Team" for those that want to improve their abilities & further their careers....

    Keep up the good work!! You have created the best game in town. With over 10K applying monthly to work here, it proves you are doing a LOT right. The HR team aims to hire the best of the best, which makes the environment a fun place to work.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KnowBe4 (Clearwater, FL) in June 2019.

    Interview

    This interview process was very thorough but quick. At the time I was currently interviewing with other jobs at the time and they allowed me to have an extended amount of time to finish my interview before offering the offer letter. I had a 3 round process- it began with a 15- min phone call, then a in person face to face where they gave me a tour of the office and really helped me understand the job and company culture. Shout out to Shelby in HR for being remarkable! Lastly, 1 week later after I had returned from finishing off my interviews- I met with the VP of Sales and VP of expansion where they told me in more detail about my role and the future of the sales process. My interview process was very smooth, transparent and efficient.
