Let’s define the term 'Social Engineering'. Social Engineering is the art of manipulating, influencing, or deceiving you in order to gain control over your computer system. I applied online. I interviewed at KnowBe4 (Clearwater, FL) in April 2018.
I recently interviewed for KnowBe4 by phone and an in-person panel interview. The interview and onboarding process was extremely organized, proactive and efficient. Prior to my experience with KB4, I previously interviewed for HR positions with two large and renowned professional service firms in Tampa/St. Petersburg . I found that KnowBe4's interview process was far more streamlined and effective than both of these large professional firms, which I found incredibly impressive! I interviewed with Drew, Michele and Erika (all of which were wonderful!) in a lovely glass room overlooking Clearwater Beach. The interview was relaxed and friendly while still being extremely substantive and informative. I really appreciate how communicative and easily accessible the HR Team was during this process. The entire team is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, helpful and upbeat. My experience via phone and in-person at KnowBe4 was hands-down the best interviewing process I have ever witnessed, as an interviewee and as an HR professional!
