I worked at Kobayashi Americas full-time (More than a year)
The company is partially seasonal so it requires people who can plan ahead and be ready for the busy season. The company isn't hard on overtime so the hourly rate isn't as important. But they do require you to be productive when clocked in. Current management has made a lot of positive changes and the numbers clearly reflect the improvements. Lots of advancement opportunity for someone who really wants to and can grasp the overall concept.
Unless you are an intelligent hard worker who is detail oriented, moving up is difficult. They don't have "pacifier job titles". Hourly pay is lower than certain similar in the area.
Advice to Management
Define a more aggressive and firm roll over structure, get a better temp agency.
