I worked at Kobe Aluminum Automotive (More than 3 years)
Salary was pretty good. Many of the people were pleasant to work with.
Extremely hot, very dirty, handling very hot metal all the time. Owned by the Japanese, so they act as a "puppeteer" and indirectly control most things. Some managers will flat out lie to your face and throw you under the bus if they don't like you. Young company expanding very quickly, so I don' think the upper management has the maturity that is needed to handle this.
Advice to Management
Interact with your employees. After you have the meeting to discuss all the meetings, go spend time with the people who do the real work. Face time is essential.
