I have been working at Kobie Marketing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Best work life balance I've ever had, and work from home options, casual dress with jeans, friendly staff and enjoy who I work with. Kobie has fun events with happy hours, holiday party, activities, training and development if you make it a priority, good culture.
There has been a new president in 2019 and she is making positive improvements!
I'm not going to list pros and cons of specific jobs because all roles are different. Ask that yourself if you are interviewing, make sure you like the responsibilities listed, and if you are here then have open communication with your manager on things you like or don't or want. Kobie is willing to work with you (but it can be a challenge) if you do a good job, show interest and initiative - push, put in the extra mile, are a positive person.

    Cons

Lack of communication from cross-departments. Poor recruiting. Do not rely on a bonus.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kobie Marketing (Tampa, FL).

    Interview

Initial communication was positive. First interview went well. Second interview not so well, was like job requirements did a 180 and interviewer was a bit arrogant and made me feel substandard. Original qualifications were met or exceeded but not recognized. Interviewer clearly had his mind made up before the call. Glad An offer wasn’t made, some leaders appear quite arrogant, I wouldn’t want to work there anyway. Good Luck finding your needle in that haystack.

The Paradox of Innovating in Retention: The Unsexy Can Make You Sexy - Kobie Marketing | The Muse: A Loyalty Experience

The key innovations in customer retention today are not necessarily bleeding-edge new strategies or technologies, but enhancements and well-imagined reinterpretations of classic marketing techniques: subscription, curation and re-ordering. Subscription is both the latest trend and something that dates back to the Book-of-the Month Club, which has passed its 90th birthday.
