Kohl’s donates $500,000 to nonprofits making a difference across Milwaukee County.
“The Kohl’s Hometown Giving Program is an extension of our commitment to this community and a way to recognize even more amazing nonprofits throughout the Milwaukee area that improve or enrich the lives of families across the region,” said Jen Johnson, Kohl’s senior vice president of communications.
Kohl’s is proud to be a member of the community. And being a part of a community means we have responsibilities to fulfill. We think it’s important to give time, energy and money through our many Kohl’s Cares programs. We also protect the environment by seeking innovative solutions that encourage long-term stability. Responsibility to our investors, communities and environment — it’s all a part of what makes us Kohl’s.
At Kohl’s, we have a responsibility to our investment community to provide accurate, timely and helpful information about our company. Whether you’re a prospective investor or long-time shareholder, we’re sure you’ll find these pages valuable.
We believe in giving back to the communities we serve, not just with money and resources but also with talent and time. Through our community giving and volunteer program, we support kids’ health and education, environmental initiatives nationwide and women’s health in Wisconsin, specifically the fight against breast cancer. Because the way we see it, giving back also means looking ahead.
Kohl’s is committed to protecting and conserving the environment by seeking innovative solutions that encourage long-term sustainability. From large-scale initiatives, like constructing environmentally friendly buildings, to everyday practices, like recycling hangers, we’re taking big steps to ensure we leave a smaller footprint.

I have been working at Kohl's part-time
Great place to be and work
I though everything went well when I was there
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Boston, MA) in March 2017.
I applied online and received an email invitation to interview. The interview was very straightforward. I had two interviews back to back, and was given a worksheet to fill out my availability. The next evening I received my offer letter and forms in an email. I accepted and another week later I received an email for a link to choose an orientation date.
