    I have been working at Kohl's full-time (More than 10 years)


    Positive company morale and recognition for job well done. Pays well for retail management position. Company allows you to take care of the customer.


    Heavy workload and not a lot of help. Can be long hours including 6 day week during the holidays. Open on Thanksgiving day is not work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

    After working at other retailers, I would highly recommend this company as one the best retail companies to work for. The work expected is realistic.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's.


    I applied for the jobs on online. Part (2) was the personality test. A few days later I called in for a interview. I was advised they had other applicants and I would hear from the Hiring Manager at a later time. Two days later I was called with a job offer.
