I have been working at Kongsberg Automotive full-time (More than 3 years)

Ability to learn their processes. More employee appritiation steps bave been taken in the last year. There is a preformance reiveiw every yearn but this turns into just a cost of living raise for most, but it is appritiated.

Its the flavor of the week for management, what was important last week is forgotten by the next and completion of projects is hard tk achieve on a regular basis.

    Advice to Management

Put some actual engineering into the chances on the shop floor, to often changes are made that are because managment feels it should be a certain way. Try interacting with the shop floor employes, you will find that you perseption of what is, is not acurate.

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Kongsberg Automotive in March 2017.

Long and no communication. Waited over 7 weeks to hear back from executive staff, after my final, in-person interview. Was told that the company is undergoing organizational changes, and that my position I interviewed for was being reviewed as potentially dissolving. Very unorganized and lack of communication turned me off from the whole process. After hearing that they are going through, yet again, another change within reporting structure, I think I'll just stay away. Was very disappointed that, after all the interviewing (4 rounds including an in-person panel) and then told 2 weeks after I would hear back from them... It took an additional 4 weeks to get an final answer of they are not hiring at this time.
