Very good base salary, uncapped commissions, aggressive sales spiffs ($10k-20k cash reward card, international trips, etc). The new managers have made smart changes in training and support to keep sales reps happy for the long term. The company overall has shifted to being a full scale technology provider to stay relevant and competitive in a fast paced industry. Work hard, play hard mentality. Upward mobility.
Lots of technology to learn, but someone who is interested in technology should be fine.

Continue and grow team building and contests/spiffs.

Its a two step interview, first with the area sales manager and then with a district manager. You have to pass a drug test and take an online evaluation. Overall not very hard.
