Actual meaningful training and skill building opportunities, relatively easy to transfer to different geographic regions, management seems hungry to embrace new technologies and industries.
Machines have become vastly more reliable in the past 10 years leading to maytag-man syndrome. Last year or so upper management has become increasingly eager to use metrics of questionable value to judge employee/team/regional performance.
Advice to Management
If you ask for unrealistic metrics the metrics you get back are not going to be real.
4 interviews over course of 5 weeks. They let me know on the 5th interview that their would be a ride day. I am still considering to take the position or not, I am undecided.
