Huge advantage of working for this firm is that they produce quality denim lines in their own facility in the United States, which translates to better production management and better quality overall. Many staffs are generally satisfied with their workload but they lack some fundamental human resourcing techniques that can improve employees performance drastically. They have started annual performance reviews couple of years back and it has improved the attitude of the employees and their performance slightly. This company heavily rely on upper management decisions and department managers and supervisors usually do not make big impact on their thoughts and decisions.
