The management and especially the CEO are incredibly bright individuals who take the time to enthusiastically mentor others within the organization. I learned more working there in a condense amount of time than I did in college. They treated me very fairly in every aspect.
They had a real cool product that made the front cover of a magazine and I like their innovative thinking in engineering and business management.
Future was unknown because of their one hit wonder. Difficult to really know the future of expansion, so there was risk in staying at a very small company. Ultimately, I bunted and went to a large company with the typical 9 to 5 hours and mundane boring work coming from suits that don't have a clue on how to manage or inspire the young work force. But it is steady. But I miss the fun of working at Korbach.
