Advice to Management
Keep it up~!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kore1 (Newport Beach, CA) in December 2011.
Had a phone interview with one of the KoreOne staff. Indcated they had an mgt opening and need to hire right away. Told me about the job and the manager. This is where it went south. KoreOne starts to talk negatively about his client hiring mganger. I ask about the job description and had to really work him to get the info. Got the interview by phone and went really well and invited for in person. Went onsite and the hiring manager asked 4 specific questions which I did well. Went south from here. Starts to brag about how I am the only person qualified for the job, so he won't interview other people. Wow really, for mgt job? Interview was done and weeks went by with no response. KoreOne tells me it got put on hold. From here they kept making up diff reasons and delayed it for 1 month. I started to question his integrity and he goes to brags about how they plan on filling tons of new job position. Job goes cold. Calls gets ignored.
My sense is the job is bogus and just want to wast my time. If you want to hire ASAP why would you put it on hold and make up BS. I will never dues business with this bogus staffing firm.
