    Pros

KYCC is probably the most decorated and recognized non-profit organization catering to the Koreatown, Los Angeles community. There services range from tax services, youth/child services, clinical services, graffiti removal and tree planting operations.

They have great benefits and you feel like family here. Great people to work.

    Cons

It's a little difficult to move your way up in the organization. Upper management is trying there best promote within the organization but the positions available are limited.

    Advice to Management

We do a great job with our services to outreach to the community and we do well in forming strong bonds within the organization, but if upper management could implement more programs within the organization to educate and ready there staff for future positions in management would be great.

    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Korean Youth and Community Center (Los Angeles, CA) in September 2013.

    Interview

Was asked some questions regarding past experience. Everyone was very friendly and supportive. Bilingualism is a highly appreciated trait that this organization looks for. Interview was fair and easy.
