My direct senior manager was flexible and courteous. Unfortunately, he left the company two weeks after I was hired toward a much better opportunity.
The company president was completely disrespectful to all of his workers, only showing compassion when he was scheming to replace employees. Women would keep mirrors on their monitors so that they would know if he was standing by their office doorway, as he would have a habit of leering. Employees morale was atrocious; I was told on more than one occasion that I should just waste the entire day and get paid.
Advice to Management
Have some more respect for your employees. If you need to tell them something, either tell them directly or talk with their senior manager.
