I have been working at Kronos Incorporated full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The focus on development of our managers. A commitment to 'every employee deserves a great manager'. My manager is an example of that.
The attention Kronos is paying to charitable giving is inspiring.
Investment in back office systems that unite us world wide.
An executive team that are both good people and extremely capable.
The investment in HR programs has been the best in my career.

    Cons

Shifting to a Saas company is hard.

    Advice to Management

More than ever a focus on cross functional collaboration is imperative to our success.
For many employees this is as hard as we have ever worked. We need to keep watching for employee trying to do too much.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kronos Incorporated (Chelmsford, MA) in July 2017.

    Interview

Received email from HR Recruiter for phone screen interview. Recruiter begins explaining location of company , position available in the company. Then asked to talk about the resume. Having experience more than 7 years in development from working with designers, developers and Clients. Recruiter doesn't convince for fit for job and suggest you to look for entry level position. Which seems to me like either they not interested and contacted you by mistake. Applied for the company by reading reviews on glassdoor and researching their products and what they do seems to be interesting company. Good luck Others hope this helps you. Make sure that you convince your Recruiter that your experience matters and don't let them tell you to look for entry level job.
