Solid company culture led by a caring executive team who are led by Aron Ain. They treat their employees fairly, pay at higher end of scale and provide a complete benefits package.
Certain silo within company, primarily services, have adopted a management philosophy that doesn't exhibit a real caring for employees, the drive for profit at the expense of employees in this area can really be felt here as opposed to the remainder of the organization.
Advice to Management
Aron Ain is doing a great job and an inspiration for how management can get it right.
Bring back that loving feeling to the employees in services side.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kronos Incorporated (Lowell, MA).
I went to the Lowell location and interviewed with four different people within marketing. Everyone was really nice and personable. Each person asked different types of questions. Everyone was pretty laid back and conversational, not much pressure. The whole process took two hours.
