I have been working at Kryptiq full-time (Less than a year)

Kryptiq employees are competent, experienced, and committed in all departments. It's an amazing place to work, see your work contribute to the companies success, and grow your capabilities and opportunities.

As a small company some business functions lack the kind of support you would find at a larger companies. Examples like hr, legal support, finance analysis etc can often be "do it yourself".

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kryptiq (Beaverton, OR) in March 2010.

While the company has a pretty rigorous review process for engineers - I was applying for a position in the IT department. I was interviewed by 2-3 people over the course of thirty minutes. My time was not wasted, and we even made a little small talk to break the ice. I was able to describe my career and achievements, and was asked relevant questions regarding my work history. I was pleasantly surprised when they'd ask questions concerning where I wanted to grow and advance. Many companies of this size are only concerned with filling the immediate need - and often disappoint employees when they inevitably wish to advance.

    Interview Questions

    • Very honest and straight forward questions. I think the hardest questions would be concerning former employers (or current) and why you left.   Answer Question

I didn't argue with the amount - and I've advanced two to three times since I was hired just a few years ago.
