Travel perks, once in a while conferences and offsite trips only for management or executives and free food. Most people are nice except for admin and certain execs.
Disgusting ghetto offices in NYC right in the heart of Penn station. Bad location, green ugly walls making it feel like prison. Outsourcing of IT, Finance and Customer Service depts in the last year. Everything tends to be urgent and last-minute.
Advice to Management
Better communication to staff in the Americas, get better organized, get better support. Think of a new model on how to make money and stop outsourcing

Interview with two managers comprising a role play and competency-based questions. Role play based on three clients all with a different theme of holiday in mind, you have to pick one, create an itinerary and once at the interview, sell it to them. Competency-based questions as expected, nothing too surprising, will likely be tailored to the qualities within job description.
