I have been working at Kurt J. Lesker Company full-time (More than a year)
Overall a very welcoming and pleasant work environment; even the president and senior management knew my name from day one and are open for constant conversations and suggestions. If you put in the time and effort they take the time to take care of you. Knowledgeable colleagues, Room to expand into new roles and responsibilities should you desire.
The president and upper management have a real vision for the company that I'm excited to be a part of.
Some lower level positioned staff stuck in their ways. Older software systems in place, but will be upgrading shortly so that will turn around quick.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Kurt J. Lesker Company (Jefferson Hills, PA) in May 2015.
applied online and got a call a few days latter. Interview had a lot of situational type questions. The interviewer said they may or may not hire someone. You also had to interview with the company president if you got past the first interview. Their process is very long and drawn out. I would avoid interviewing here. They are very unprofessional and it is a waste of time. There also seems to be some type of clique here where they only want certain types of people.
