    Interview

The company truly has no interest in hiring males for the internship program, unless you’re a girl and in a sorority don’t bother. I’ve tried so many time, having working for Victoria’s Secret and having since then gained great intern experience and skills they don’t even bother to interview me. I don’t get it. I’ve seen girls with no work experience get hired on LinkedIn and I can’t even get an interview??? Feels discriminatory, I’m not a straight male either. I understand women and relate to them more then to men, just another example of how they aren’t with the times. I was interviewed for a position before, one that wasn’t really in the direction I want to work in the future but the interviewer just seemed to be doing it to get me out of her hair.
