The company has a strong commitment to customers, employees and local communities. They set a high standard for quality in products as well as service

Communication is available through multi-channels. This is great for quick communications, but can take a bit of time to get caught up when off from work for a couple of days

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at L.L. Bean (New York, NY) in October 2015.

I applied online and received a invitation to schedule an interview. They then scheduled me and I went in for the interview. They will ask you some routine questions. You then take a computer test. The next day you will get a follow up call make sure you understand the scope of the position. You will then get an answer whether they want to employ you. Then you setup an in person on boarding.
