I have been working at L.V. Lomas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Extremely friendly people, everyone tries their best, there is little in the way of politics (on the surface), growth is encouraged and there are pathways to new careers, salaries are very good.

    Cons

With distribution there is the need to cater to your suppliers along with your customers, so there is double stress for those in Sales and Management.

    Advice to Management

Keep the historical Lomas past in the new environment.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at L.V. Lomas in May 2017.

    Interview

After dragging me on for six weeks and four rounds of interviews, the company decided to go with an internal referral. This was after I was told that the company urgently needed to fill the position. There appeared to be no organized process in place, and it seemed like the HR and hiring managers had no clue what they were doing.

Sadly, I am actually relieved that I did not get the job, but I feel sorry for the recruiter who put in all that work for nothing.
