I have been working at LCS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great culture
    Great people (The seniority level)
Good benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) matching, Director+ optional employee stocks, tuition reimbursement, flexibility)
    Training and Development
Large company and room for growth
    Company events, department events
Lots to do, be busy, and get involve with

    Cons

    Old SMB mentality
Business front-end grows faster than processes/procedures can keep up with on back-end
Newer recruits a bit too aggressive with change
Lots of fire, not enough resources to put them out

    Advice to Management

Marry the front-end with the back-end together. The growth of the business is positive, but either not enough talent is being recruited or is staying to keep the boat sailing. It is floating at best right now.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LCS (Phoenix, AZ).

    Interview

The first interview was with the regional HR Director. I was then contacted the next day to set up a phone interview (job opportunity was out of state) with the property's Executive Director, Director of Operations and three Board of Directors. They then flew me to the property for an interview with additional Board members and the team of Department Directors. Mainly behavioral questions were asked to determine judgement skills as well as get an idea of how I would "fit" with the existing team of Directors.
