I worked at LEONI (Less than a year)
Has a great bonus plan if you qualify.
Pay seems pretty good.
Very relaxed dress code
Got to be able to catch on very quickly.
Has procedures and processes but not very detailed and a lot on what is not written down must come from tribal knowledge (passed down from someone else).
Does not have all the tools needed to do the job so that some tests and/or inspections are not done correctly or at all.
Have a CMM but is not used correctly and no training is done on how to use it.
Advice to Management
While you have some of the proper tools, spend the money needed to get the right tools and equipment to do the jobs you are asking to be done by the technicians quickly, accurately and effectively without the subjectivity that can miss defects.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LEONI.
Panel of two employees, one of which did not participate. Review of resume and classes taken. Summary of the work to be performed, responsibilities that would be expected, and warning that harnesses are not the most exciting endeavor.
