I worked at LEONI full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Autonomy to do your own work, you're in charge of your own successes. Columbus office has small company feel, but the back of a large, multinational corporation.

    Cons

Although changing for the better, the company as a whole is very German-centric. Very few major decisions can be made without the blessing of Kitzingen.

    Advice to Management

Take the advice of employees where change is needed. Stragglers need to be dealt with. Seeing middling employees go uncorrected is demoralizing.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LEONI.

    Interview

Panel of two employees, one of which did not participate. Review of resume and classes taken. Summary of the work to be performed, responsibilities that would be expected, and warning that harnesses are not the most exciting endeavor.
