Your Degree Does Not Define Who You Are

When I applied to college, my major was listed as "undeclared." Everyone told me it was a mistake to tick that box, but I did it anyways. Why? Because: After all was said and done, I found my calling in marketing and I took the traditional path into the industry starting with a degree in Communications.

I have been working at LEWIS Global Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

LEWIS offers plenty of opportunity for career growth. It's culture encourages building old and new career skills and constantly tests your abilities.

    Cons

Sometimes different projects can pull you in different directions. In crunch time, which occurs often, you can get conflicting asks with little guidance - so you'll need to be able to research, organize and generally operate on your own as soon as you join.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at LEWIS Global Communications (San Francisco, CA) in October 2016.

    Interview

I had a phone interview with one of the finance directors. The interview was fairly short and straight to the point. I was asked some of the basic questions you would get; where you see yourself in the future, strengths/weaknesses, what made you choose this company, and a random question to test your quick thinking skill.
