I have been working at LEWIS Global Communications full-time

    Pros

LEWIS is an amazing place to grow your career. There are opportunities to learn everywhere you turn. Between formal training workshops and on-the-job learning, everyone can develop skills for both the job they are in and their next one. There are lots of opportunities to move up in your career as well. Promotions are announced regularly and many of our managers have been here since early on in their careers.

My pay and benefits are great too. LEWIS pays for my medical and dental coverage 100%. My 401k has a company match and I get 4 weeks of vacation and 12 holidays, plus free snacks beverages and fun social activities.

    Cons

Agency life is not for everyone. It's very fast-paced and clients can be demanding.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. The regular communications from Sr. Management are great. I love hearing what is going on with the business and in the other offices.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at LEWIS Global Communications (San Francisco, CA) in October 2016.

    Interview

I had a phone interview with one of the finance directors. The interview was fairly short and straight to the point. I was asked some of the basic questions you would get; where you see yourself in the future, strengths/weaknesses, what made you choose this company, and a random question to test your quick thinking skill.

  • Meet a few LEWIS team members to learn why college majors aren't an end-all be-all. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vIOPY

Your Degree Does Not Define Who You Are

When I applied to college, my major was listed as "undeclared." Everyone told me it was a mistake to tick that box, but I did it anyways. Why? Because: After all was said and done, I found my calling in marketing and I took the traditional path into the industry starting with a degree in Communications.
