Interview
This job was posted under a different company name. It was posted as a Business Consultant Sales position. The job did not mention solar sales at all. It specifically did not use the word solar. It did not mention anything about energy. It did not mention anything about the actual company that would do the interview. The first "interview" was a group zoom call with 17 people. It started as a class pitch to convince people who did not sign up for a solar sales job to convince them to do a solar sales job. I felt like I was in a mix of MLM and Timeshare Sales. My impression is also that they use group interview because people are more complacent in large group settings. One on one appointments would cause people to call them out on their practices. It also means all these people booked a half hour of their life to do an interview for a job that wasn't real. Meanwhile the company can book a half hour and meet with 17 people.
