Mission: To be the preferred and most trusted provider of innovative solutions and technologies that solve the most complex communications and networking challenges of governments and commercial enterprises worldwide.
BYOD programs mean more emphasis on the network risks presented by personal devices - and cyber-focused research from LGS is proven to help mitigate mobile security threats. We recently discovered a software vulnerability that resulted in the remediation of a potentially damaging zero-day remote access vulnerability in Samsung SDS’s IAM & EMM software. Samsung was able to quickly apply a patch to ensure that mobile devices and the users and organizations they ultimately support were not left open to attack - http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQgqo
We look forward to supporting @NASA's #Psyche mission via the delivery of the first laser transmitter for deep space, high-bandwidth communication. Learn more at http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQ2Q0

Core Values: Taking PRIDE in Our Work
LGS Innovations strives to accomplish our mission through our dedication to the following core values:
I worked at LGS Innovations full-time
Supportive and caring atmosphere, competitive benefit package
I can’t think of anything bad about this company
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at LGS Innovations (Westminster, CO).
Process was a bit longer than I would have liked, but otherwise very positive. From the recruiter’s first contact to phone interview was 2 weeks, phone interview to on-site interview was 2 weeks, and the offer took about 3 weeks after that. My process was slightly different; my experience didn’t math the position I applied for, so a new position had to be created. For a candidate matching the expected experience, that would cut down on the last step significantly.
The phone interview was casual but intentional. I talked with both an engineer and manager from the department I was interviewing for. The interview questions lasted about 25 minutes, and I️ had time for questions.
The on-site interview was a little more intense, but the interviewers were very friendly. I️ had three 45 minute technical interviews with two engineers each. There were some “solve this problem on the whiteboard” questions, but they didn’t take up the entire time. I️ had plenty of time to ask the engineers questions about the company culture and workplace questions.
