    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at LGS Innovations (Westminster, CO).

    Interview

    Process was a bit longer than I would have liked, but otherwise very positive. From the recruiter’s first contact to phone interview was 2 weeks, phone interview to on-site interview was 2 weeks, and the offer took about 3 weeks after that. My process was slightly different; my experience didn’t math the position I applied for, so a new position had to be created. For a candidate matching the expected experience, that would cut down on the last step significantly.

    The phone interview was casual but intentional. I talked with both an engineer and manager from the department I was interviewing for. The interview questions lasted about 25 minutes, and I️ had time for questions.

    The on-site interview was a little more intense, but the interviewers were very friendly. I️ had three 45 minute technical interviews with two engineers each. There were some “solve this problem on the whiteboard” questions, but they didn’t take up the entire time. I️ had plenty of time to ask the engineers questions about the company culture and workplace questions.
