I have been working at LGS Innovations full-time (More than 3 years)
Management cares for their employees and fights for inexpensive health benefits, work-home balance and flex time when possible. This company utilizes ALL my skills and listens to my ideas. The work interesting and challenging, unlike large gov't contractors that provide "cookie cutter" jobs, utilizing a few repetitive skills and tasks.
Offering ADDITIONAL leadership training for folks that are interested in moving into a management role in their future
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LGS Innovations (Florham Park, NJ) in October 2017.
Phone screen by HR, then a phone screen by a software engineer. After that they bring you in for 3 hours of interviews each lasting 30 to 40 minutes of in depth technical questions.
